What this page is and is not
This is a description of strategic direction and target architecture. It does not announce capacity, a site, a construction timeline, financing or customers. Where a figure would normally appear, none is published, because none is contracted.

General-purpose cloud regions were designed for workloads with very different characteristics from large-scale inference and training: different power density, different thermal behaviour, different network topology and a different relationship with the electricity grid. Running dense accelerator workloads in facilities designed around other assumptions is possible, and it is expensive in ways that eventually constrain what an enterprise can afford to automate.
There is a control argument alongside the economic one. A sovereignty commitment that inference for a given class of data stays inside a jurisdiction depends on capacity being available there. When it is not, the pressure to make an exception arrives at exactly the moment the commitment matters most.
So the direction is towards infrastructure designed for this workload class, in jurisdictions where the governance commitments can be honoured, with control rights that survive a change of commercial circumstances.

Today, NeuroCluster operates platform infrastructure in Europe and deploys into customer cloud accounts, customer datacenters and disconnected environments. Private inference for open-weight and private models is available in those postures now.

- We do not publish dates or locations that are not contracted. When there is something specific to announce, it will be announced with specifics rather than trailed here.
- How much capacity are you planning?
- No capacity figure is published. Numbers in this category are routinely quoted before they are financed, and we would rather be checkable than impressive.
- Can we deploy on controlled infrastructure before then?
- Yes. Dedicated hosted, your own cloud tenancy, on-premises and disconnected deployments are all available now, and all of them satisfy the placement and control-rights questions that most sovereignty requirements actually turn on.
