NeuroCluster Agentic Cloud

Bring your agents. Put them to work together.

Bring the agents your teams already use into a coordinated enterprise environment. Connect them to shared business context, define what they are allowed to do, and keep people responsible for the decisions that matter.

Agent coordination

Give every agent a place in the organisation.

As teams adopt AI, useful capabilities can end up spread across departments, tools and providers. Agentic Cloud brings supported agents into a shared operating environment, with an owner, a purpose and a clear scope of work.

Connect existing agents through supported integrations, or deploy suitable agents within your NeuroCluster environment. Give them access to the information and tools their task requires, and coordinate how work moves between them.

  • Bring agents into a shared view

Establish ownership, responsibilities and approved connections for participating agents. Make the purpose and scope of each agent visible to the people responsible.

  • Coordinate work across teams

Connect tasks and handoffs around the customers, suppliers, cases and processes involved. Give agents the relevant business context for the work in scope.

  • Set boundaries for action

Define which actions are authorised, which need human approval and which are prohibited. Apply the permissions and approval rules agreed for the workflow.

  • Follow the work

Review execution, exceptions and outcomes so responsible teams can intervene and improve the process. Visibility depends on the participating agents and integrations.

Illustrative workflow

A delivery changes. Your teams respond together.

A planning agent identifies a delayed component. A second agent checks affected commitments. Together, they prepare options for the production lead. The lead approves a revised plan before authorised updates are made in the connected systems.

  1. 01

    Shared context

The delayed component, production plan and affected commitments become the context for the participating agents.

  2. 02

    Defined action

Agents investigate the situation and prepare options within their agreed task and permissions.

  3. 03

    Human approval

The production lead owns the decision. Connected system updates follow the agreed authority and approval rules.

Illustrative workflow. Connected systems, supported actions and approval rules are agreed for each deployment.

Scope & operating boundary

Run within the boundary your organisation chooses.

Agentic Cloud is the software product for coordinating your agents. NeuroCluster Cloud and NeuroCluster Pods describe where the work runs: cloud capacity for approved workloads, or a private environment inside your organisation for local development and protected processing. The deployment is selected around your requirements.

The scope of each integration is established before implementation. Some external agents can be invoked through an API; the actions and execution details available to NeuroCluster depend on that integration.

  • Supported agent integrations
  • Agreed information and tool access
  • Defined authority and approval rules
  • A named owner for the workflow

A practical first step

Start with one workflow and the agents involved.

Establish shared context, responsibilities and an agreed operating model. Validate the workflow with the people who own it, then extend the same foundation to the next team.

  1. 01

    Map the work

Identify the process, participating agents, connected systems and the outcome you want to improve.

  2. 02

    Agree the authority

Define owners, information access, permitted actions, review points and exception handling.

  3. 03

    Validate together

Test a scoped workflow with representative cases before deciding on operational rollout.

How it connects

One enterprise foundation behind the work.

Use the product capabilities that fit the workflow. Shared business context, identity, permissions and connections provide the foundation; people retain ownership of consequential decisions.
