Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible?

NeuroCluster B.V., Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. For questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. Information you provide

  • Enquiries: your name, email, organisation, role, message and the topic or campaign associated with your request. We use these to respond and assess the requested service.
  • Newsletter requests: your email address, used to process your request for occasional updates. A request receipt is not a subscription confirmation.
  • Investor and data-room requests: the contact, organisation and investment-interest details you choose to submit. Separate access and confidentiality terms apply when you request data-room access.

We process requests to take steps you ask for before entering a contract, or on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Optional marketing updates require your separate choice. You can opt out through the message or by contacting us.

3. Optional website analytics

Optional visitor analytics loads only after you allow it. Depending on the configured service, it measures pages, clicks, scroll depth, time on a page and form starts or submissions, without collecting form values. The NeuroCluster collector can process an IP address, approximate location, network owner, referral and campaign information, and a random browser identifier to recognise return visits. We do not enable session replay on this website.

You can choose necessary functions only. We also honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics off. Your privacy choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Necessary site delivery and security can still involve technical request logs.

To withdraw consent or change your choice: . Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; contact us if you also want previously collected data reviewed or deleted.

4. Services and recipients

Authorised NeuroCluster staff and service providers process information needed to deliver and secure the site, respond to requests and send email. The website uses Resend for enquiry and newsletter notification emails, infrastructure and security services including Cloudflare, and NeuroCluster services for operational handling. Umami analytics is optional and only loads when configured and allowed.

A European deployment does not by itself mean that every supplier processes data exclusively in the EEA. Supplier locations, subprocessors and any international transfer safeguards depend on the service and contract. Contact us for the arrangements applicable to your request.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry and investor information only for handling the request, the resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to review or delete a closed request. Our analytics retention policy limits full IP data to 30 days and page and click history to 13 months. Backup and supplier retention may differ; contact us for a specific retention or deletion request.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected].
