The proposition
Europe needs more than access to AI. It needs control over the intelligence chain.
Access to capable models is quickly becoming a commodity. What is not commoditised is control: where intelligence runs, which data it may see, what it is permitted to do, and whether any of it can be explained afterwards.
Today that control is spread across separate vendors for compute, models, data platforms, agent frameworks and governance tooling. Every organisation assembles its own chain, and every seam introduces dependency, cost and unclear accountability.
NeuroCluster brings that chain together into one European platform, so an organisation can run AI on its own data, under its own policies, inside its own environment.

Beachhead
Starting with energy and critical infrastructure
Energy and critical infrastructure operate under continuous regulatory scrutiny, work with sensitive operational data, and cannot accept automated decisions that nobody is able to explain.
That makes the sector demanding, and it makes it the right place to start. Requirements that hold up in a control room generally hold up elsewhere — the same expectations for residency, evidence and controlled autonomy appear across finance, government, healthcare and industry.
The same platform serves other regulated markets. We prioritise deliberately rather than broadly, and expand as reference deployments mature.
