- How is the no-targeting boundary enforced?
- Through permitted action types, integration boundaries and deployment configuration — not through prompt instructions alone. The architecture is reviewed as part of any engagement in this domain.
- Does this replace existing C2 or logistics systems?
- No. Those remain the systems of record. The ontology connects what they already hold so reasoning and evidence can cross system boundaries without replacing them.
