NeuroCluster emerged from the Mach5 Venture Studio with a single mandate: to solve the "last mile" problem of AI in regulated environments.

In 2024, we realized that the primary barrier to AI adoption in Europe wasn't a lack of models—it was a lack of execution infrastructure that could survive a legal audit.

We built NeuroCluster to be the "Regulated Execution Layer"—a platform that treats compliance, data residency, and auditability as core primitives rather than afterthoughts.
